The Whistleblower Channel is one of the tools designed to reinforce transparency in the relationship with stakeholders, managers, directors, owners, suppliers, and competitors, as well as the commitment to the best practices of Corporate Governance.

Whistleblowers may report incidents involving irregularities, fraud, and/or violations of the WTC Events Center and Sheraton São Paulo WTC Code of Ethics and Conduct.

The reporting procedure is simple, confidential, and available to both internal and external audiences. The whistleblower’s anonymity is fully guaranteed, and identification is not required.
